Name search
Form 13A MUST be submitted to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) together with the fee of RM 30 for each name.
Approval of name and reservation of name
Once the name has been approved, the name is reserved for a period of 3 months from the date of lodgment of application.
Incorporation Documents
- Memorandum of Association
- Articles of Association
- Form 48A
- Form 48F
- Form 6
The above documents must be submitted to CCM within 3 months from date of lodgment of the Form 13A TOGETHER with Registration fees.
The result of the submission of pre-incorporation documents is to create an "an artificaial person" upon issuance of the certificate of incorporation.
